Do you own or manage a pre-1978 home, or any dwelling that you suspect may have lead-based paint.  903 Painting is RRP certified by the EPA to safely test for, remove and renovate any home with lead-based paint.  Whether it's an interior, or exterior project, we are meticulous about the safe removal and disposal of any lead-based paint, stain, or covering that may cause damage to you, your children, your pets or the environment.

 

We dispose of the harmful waste and file and maintain the paperwork in case of an EPA Audit.
